Agastya Rao (Sidharth Shukla) is a talented theatre director, down on luck and cash because of his out-of-whack eccentricities. Rumi Desai (Sonia Rathee) is a rich brat who hides her insecurities and issues under the veneer of a devil-may-care attitude. They hate each other passionately, which is why they fail to realize when that hate turns to need and then love. Rumi wants what she does not have and when Agastya falls out of love, he is sure what he wants

Sonia Rathee’s acting debut is a good and satisfactory performance.

Ehan Bhat is pure eye candy as Rumi’s crush, Ishaan Rana, but could seriously do with some acting classes.

The surprise in Broken But Beautiful S3 is Sidharth Shukla. He is perfectly cast as Agastya, exuding an unimitable potpourri of vulnerability, angst, and fervor
