CAST: Rahul Dev, Harsh Beniwal, Anveshi Jain, Kasturi Banerjee, Divinaa Thackur, Lizaa Malik, Nikhil Bhambhri, Samarth Shandilya, and Abhilash Kumar
BLUF
Tidda (Nikhil Bhambri) wants to figure out who his father is since he was raised in an orphanage. All he has is a picture and guesswork to identify his parents. His life becomes complicated when the guy ( Rahul Dev) he thinks is his father is also the father of the girl he likes.
THE MEAT AND THE POTATOES
The Series is the story of Tidda, an orphan trying to desperately wish that the guy who he thinks his father is really not his father. Funny in parts, the new cast seems to have had fun while shooting for the show, and its shows in the chemistry of the characters as they imbibe the characteristics of small-town Punjab.
IN THE ZONE
Rahul Dev, who was last seen movie Torbaaz, is seen in an entirely distinct embodiment of Prem Singh Barnala.
YouTubers Harsh Beniwal and Nikhil Bhambhri (last seen in Puncch Beat) as Soggy and Tidda keep the momentum of the show pacey.
Directed by Chirag Arora and scripted by Jatin Dua, the series has some entertaining moments but is not sustainable fare.
FWAR
Even though the series has good actors and certain good comedy sequences, it falls flat in a twisted and confusing plot.
WHAT WE LOVED
Good spontaneous cast
