Ginni believes in the power of the family so much that the great Indian sanskari bahu is epitomized in her character, but she has no sense of boundaries and keeps interfering with other people’s lives, relationships, and preferences.
The character arc is that of a typical Indian woman worshipped for her love for her family, but where the series’ faults is in this glorification of righteous women who live and die for the family and bear the responsibility of keeping their families together.
