What do you call a political satire, which could have been a great script, evolved as a patchy narrative but with some real comic scenes.
If you are a Fawad Khan fan, this one is for you because he is cuuuuute. But Mr and Mrs Wasim Akram, please quit your acting careers- we cannot take it anymore.

Money Back Guarantee is about a gang of amateur thieves decide to rob a bank in an effort to lift themselves out of their impoverished circumstances.
If only Pakistani movies were as creative as Pakistani dramas, Money Back Guarantee would have been a great watch but it does bring in understated satire about the politics, class, racism, poverty and oppression seen in Pakistan in Pakistan to screen in a subtle manner.
The characters of the movie are over caricaturish. Fawad Khan to Gohar Rasheed to Kiran Malik to Ayesha Omar are all loud and dramatic in their delivery.
Mani and Fawad Khan as well as Gohar Rasheed steal the show. Kiran Malik is pretty convincing, and Hina Dilpazeer is effortless in her performance. Unfortunately, Wasim Akram, Shaniera Akram, and Javed Sheikh contribute very little to the narrative.
For some reason, there is no sense of space in the movie as it traverses its screens as it feels like a close set drama in rooms instead of across locales.
On the whole, go watch for EID without expecting finesse.
