THE PEPPY “SAB FARZI” IS ACTUALLY SABA AZAD CROONING

Shahid Kapoor plays a con man in the upcoming series Farzi, and the show’s theme song is now out. The quick-paced, foot-tapping’ song, Sab Farzi, was performed by Saba Azad. It was written by Priya Saraiya and composed by the musical duo Sachin-Jigar.

On social media, the song was posted with the caption, “My art isn’t limited to a canvas.” It demonstrates Shahid Kapoor creating fake currency notes by sketching, colouring, printing, and drying them. Other glimpses from the programme suggest that people appeared shocked when they noticed how similar those currency notes were to actual currency notes.

The eight-episode series, which was created by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK (Raj and DK), is billed as a fast-paced, gritty crime thriller that centres on a cunning street artist’s attempt to game the system that benefits the wealthy. In the show, which also stars KK Menon, Regina Cassandra, Raashi Khanna, Amol Palekar, and Bhuvan Arora, Vijay Sethupathi plays a cop.

The series marks Shahid’s Web debut. In an interview, the actor discussed it and said, “It is the best start of the year that I could have asked for. I was very happy to hear when we decided to launch the show on February 10 as it is my birthday month and it is great. There are a lot of firsts.”

Dont miss it on Feb 10 on Prime Video
