Kartik Aaryan’s film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ may have been a huge box-office success, making Kartik a bankable star, yet, his next release will be on OTT and not in theatres. The actor will be seen next in ‘Freddy’ which is an edge-of-the-seat thriller and stars Alaya F alongside him.

The film produced by Ekta R Kapoor and directed by Shashanka Ghosh will see Kartik in an all-new avatar. Ghosh is known for ‘Veere Di Wedding’. ‘Freddy’ will be releasing on Disney + Hotstar/HULU. Talking about it, Kartik said in a statement, “I feel fortunate to be a part of ‘Freddy’, the story of the film is something that I haven’t explored before. It has allowed me to experiment with my craft and explore new territory. I’m looking forward to the movie releasing soon and hoping the audience will love this new avatar.”
