Prior to the release of her movie, Tarla, Huma Qureshi sat with us for a chat about the roles she plays and how Tarla is a refreshing script of a woman who aspired to do something in life.

Tarla is a slice-of-life film based on India’s most iconic home chef Tarla Dalal (Huma Qureshi), the first woman to have her own cookbook and cookery show, and the only Indian to have received Padma Shri for her work in the field of cooking.
